The Guilford County Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers invite you to join them for Fall into Gardening!

This will be a fun event for the whole family! There will be many different stations set up to learn all about how to keep your garden going through the fall and winter as well as getting prepared for spring.

Stations for youth and adults include:

• Bring a gardening hand tool to get cleaned and/or sharpened
• Ask a landscape designer
• Learn all about different kinds of mulch
• Winter sowing
• Spotted Lanternfly and other garden pests information
• Learn how to set up a raised bed
• Composting
• Vermicomposting
• Birds in the fall and winter garden
• Bulbs
• Fall and Winter Vegetables
• Houseplant propagation and care
• Lawn information
• Youth Activities
• Bring your gardening questions to our "Ask" Booth
• Free popcorn

During your visit, join a guided tour of our Demonstration Garden at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30! These tours will take you through our on-site Demonstration Garden which features 18 individual themed gardens.
