Three-Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 20 green, seedless grapes, washed and sliced
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (pick your favorite) OR ¼ cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Toss pineapple, mandarin oranges, and grapes in a medium bowl
- Top with chopped nuts or toasted coconut
- Chill
- Serve
Pro Tip: For extra flavor, toss your coconut or chopped nuts in a pan set on medium heat, and toast them for 10-15 seconds. Then add them to your fruit salad.
