Fruit salad is a great way to eat a nutritious snack that not only keeps you hydrated but also doesn’t require cooking. Just wash your fresh produce, slice it up and combine. Three-Fruit Salad


Ingredients


  • 1 (8-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 20 green, seedless grapes, washed and sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (pick your favorite) OR ¼ cup toasted coconut

Directions


  1. Toss pineapple, mandarin oranges, and grapes in a medium bowl
  2. Top with chopped nuts or toasted coconut
  3. Chill
  4. Serve

Pro Tip: For extra flavor, toss your coconut or chopped nuts in a pan set on medium heat, and toast them for 10-15 seconds. Then add them to your fruit salad.
