Want to know how to get the most from your fall vegetable garden – or maybe just grow a few native plants? Want to have a nice landscape but spend less time and money on it? You might be interested in our “Grow with Us” classes hosted by our Extension Master Gardener program’s Speakers Bureau. Offering a variety of classes beginning in August 2024, N.C. Cooperative Extension is excited to offer a variety of classes for gardeners of all experience levels.
Classes will cover topics like fall vegetable gardening, native plants, homegrown garlic, houseplants, winter interest gardens, composting, and more.
In-person classes will be held on Mondays at the Kathleen Clay Edwards Family Branch Library (1420 Price Park Drive, Greensboro) from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Capacity is limited; please pre-register to reserve a seat. Virtual classes will be held on Thursdays from 6–7 p.m. using Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link for your session upon registration. “Lunch and Learn” classes will also be held virtually on Tuesdays.
