Canned Veggies

Fresh, Frozen, or Canned? When it comes to produce, each of these options can add to your daily goal for fruits and vegetables but are they all equal?

Canned and frozen produce is usually preserved within hours of being picked in the field, locking in key nutrients. Fresh produce is best when local since it did not have to travel far and takes less time to get to your table.
