Med Instead of Meds is a six-week nutrition series based on the Mediterranean style eating pattern.

It incorporates the basics of healthy eating that are traditionally practiced in countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. This style of eating has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

There will be nutrition tips and innovative ways to incorporate healthy eating habits by making healthy recipes.
