What is the Guilford Extension Demonstration Kitchen?

Thinking about a part-time food business or simply want to learn about food processing? N.C. Cooperative Extension in Guilford County can help get you started. We will be holding Food Safety, Food Processing, and Food Business classes in our demonstration kitchen.

We provide evidence-based education and resources to those in the community who would like to start a food business. Our goal is to give you the knowledge you need to prepare you for the steps it will take to establish a successful business.

We also hope that our community as a whole will come and enjoy classes such as food safety, food preservation, and cooking classes so that they can make safer and healthier foods that are of great quality.

The kitchen is located off the Barn Meeting Room at the Guilford County Agriculture Center, 3309 Burlington Rd., Greensboro, NC 27405.
