FREE Turkey Hunting Seminar

Turkey hunting seminars are provided through cooperative efforts between the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and NC Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.

Although open to all skill levels, this “all in one” Turkey Hunting Seminar is specifically geared for those who are interested in turkey hunting but don’t know how to get started especially those lacking an existing hunting mentor.

Topics include biology, hunting methods, calling and decoys, firearm, and ammo selection, camouflage clothing, and cleaning and cooking your gobbler. A question and answer session will follow. Hunter recruitment, retention, and reactivation (R3) efforts will also be briefly discussed including how to get involved.

Online pre-registration is required and space is limited. (**See registration instructions before attempting registration).

NOTE: Under 16 years of age require permission from parent/guardian to attend.

Note: After registering online you should receive a confirmation email. Please keep this as your receipt.
