5th Annual Bee Friendly to Bees Day

The NC EXTENSION MASTER GARDENER Volunteers of Guilford County and partners, Guilford County Beekeepers, will hold the 5th Annual Bee Friendly to Bees Day on Saturday, August 18, from 9am to 1pm. The family event is free, open to the public, and will be held at the Extension Demonstration Garden, 3309 Burlington Rd., Greensboro.

Come celebrate National Honey Bee Day and join the fun. Talk with beekeepers and observe a hive, sample local honey, learn about plants that attract bees in the pollinator garden, go on a scavenger hunt, visit the learning stations placed throughout the garden, and more. Sponsored by NC Cooperative Extension and NC Extension Master Gardener Volunteers.
